ARTERY VENOUS FISTULA NEEDLES (AVF NEEDLES)

Hemodialysis treatment requires successful insertion of two needles for each dialysis treatment. The first needle is the arterial needle; it removes blood with toxin accumulation from the patient and delivers it to the dialysis machine through Blood tubing set. The second needle, called the venous needle, returns the purified blood from the Blood tubing set via dialyzer to the patient.

The AV Fistula needle is made from soft PVC that is kink resistant. It is available in sterile single and twin-pack pouches. The ultra-thin wall stainless steel needle with back-eye has siliconized material both on the internal as well as external surfaces.

Available with 16G and 17G needles.
